A New Chapter Begins
In 2023, Cobra Performance Boats entered an exciting new era when the Walters family purchased the company from founder Jeff Bohn, who first launched Cobra in 2001. Like many before them, the Walters family began as Cobra customers — drawn in by the craftsmanship, performance, and community the brand had built.
During the build of their own boat, they saw the incredible potential to modernize Cobra while preserving the legacy that made it special. Since taking the helm, their focus has been simple: build more than just boats — build connections, friendships, and a true family on the water.
